George Rydell Constructions and AIC worked together to build the new retail precinct in Selandra Rise on the outskirts of Ballarat. This $18million development includes a new Woolworths store, carpark, loading dock, 12 specialty shops and a new town square. This Woolworths store has a pizza bar creating freshly made pizza to order, maxi bakery, case ready meat, seafood counter and convenient on-site liquor store.
