Situated in the Salta Nexus Industrial Estate in Dandenong South, this project is purpose-built for VISA Global Logistics. It comprises of warehouse, containerised hardstand and office spaces. The specialised container-rated pavement, rated 125 tonne, consists of six post-tensioned slabs. Each pour contains approximately 900 cubic meters of concrete and 5km of high-tensile steel cable.
AIC were engaged to provide a Design and Construct solution to the external container hardstand. This involved engaging VSL for the post tensioned design and install. The warehouse had VNA Very Narrow Aisle requirements which were met and exceeded.
