AIC is part of the team to help realise the award winning 185 hectares of world class mixed-use precinct. The facilities include offices, retail, dining, child care facilities which are surrounded by parklands. This precinct is easily accessible from the airports and city. It is envisaged to have over 40 commercial buildings across parklands that will surround Lake Caribbean, an existing asset of the land holding.
AIC is engaged to supply and place all concrete to all carparks, suspended slabs and external feature paving. Our scope includes formwork, supply and place bondek, reinforcement and concrete. Finishes range from Superflat floors, carpark paving, office flooring and exposed aggregate to feature paving. Our coatings division have been engaged to polish concrete to specification using our Becosan Polishing System.
